Health Care for All is an ideal to aim for and which can be assured only via a comprehensive National insurance scheme with proper guidelines to determine and lay down the costs of medicines and procedures and of additional facilities demanded. (See-”Health Care for All’). The Ayushman Bharat Scheme is a good start but it needs proper guidelines to prevent it from becoming a failure.
