Technologies and weapon systems under development today:

Reconnaissance, surveillance, drones, sensors of various types, loitering munitions, and directed energy weapons on land, air, space, and even on and in the seas, Cyber and. Electronic (GPS, AI), Communication gear, and personal and protective equipment and clothing (bullet -proof and cold weather clothing, and NBC etc.).

Drones, counter Drones, Missiles – different types for different uses, Aircrafts both fixed and rotary winged and autonomous ‘Winged man’ type unmanned aircraft. Engines, Ships, Hovercrafts/Hoverflights (WIG), Airships, Submarines, Stealth technologies, Radars, sensors and other detection systems, Electromagnetic Pulse, Microwave and other types of anti-drone measures and all types of Military vehicles, Autonomous and otherwise. Drones can be precision or target weapons, like missiles, requiring precision counter measures, but most are designed as area and saturation weapons and hence require, mass anti-drone counter measures. Drones can also be decoys. Missiles can be short, medium or long range, cruise or ballistic, sub-sonic, super or even hyper sonic and even Multiple Independently-targetable Re-entry Vehicle (MIRV) conventionally or even nuclear armed. They be launched from land, air, sea, submarine or even space. We need to develop multi domain superiority.

NBC warfare detection, protection and counter technologies. Especially as the efforts of our advisories to develop’ gain of function’ soldiers and viruses targeted for population control (WUHAN research). Vague claims of zoonotics spillover do not hold water when it is found that Bat viruses from three different Bat species separated by hundreds of kilometers are all integrated in the WUHAN virus. The pre infection preparations/orders for protective gear are also indicative of this being an engineered virus that unfortunately escaped from the laboratory.

Counter Currency, Economic and Environmental warfare technologies.

Use of media, especially social media, to counter any inimical narratives and push our own Narrative/ Perspective. Psychological warfare and its counter.

Political and Diplomatic outreach within the Country and abroad.

We must encourage continuous R&D, invest in ventures doing so and recognize and reward, not only financially, those who attain success in their fields, so as to avoid ‘Brain Drain’ and also, avoid the purchase/buy-out of the technologies/ventures by foreign interests. Serious considerations should be given on how to evaluate and claim reparations from those who initiate conflict / war, especially non convectional such as chemical and biological wars. (WUHAN Virus).

Dealing with internal ‘Fifth Column’ anti-India interests within our Country:

Policies to deal with illegals, foreign supported inimical cells within our Country, Proper Laws for anti-terror and anti-India activity. UCC, NRC, FCRA etc. must be expedited.

Those involved in such activities should be recognized as anti-nationals or even as enemy combatants and not just free speech advocates. Note that our Laws today, are more lenient than the Patriot and Homeland Security Acts of the USA, and we need have no hesitation in acting firmly. Such activates do not come under lawful political descent or criticism or genuine protest.

The Police and Judiciary should also be sensitized about the dangers of such situations and to be more rapid in their response and judgements. Special awareness Courses can be conducted for the Judiciary for this purpose. Special Courts, on lines of Military Courts, should be constituted for speedy decisions and conviction on cases of National Safety and Terror. Appellate Courts can thereafter deal with instances of injustice, if any, there should be no Bail for such accused till judgement. This will also ensure speedy trails.

Annexure-1: Manthan Policy for dealing with Neighbouring Countries:

Learning from the ‘Samudra Manthan’ experience of our ancients (Asuras and Devas), we too should offer our neighbours an attitude of collaboration and cooperation and not that of competition or. conquest. A ‘Manthan’ attitude of together churning the ocean of opportunities and resources for mutual benefit, rather than that of a ‘Tug of War’ over existing resources, that leaves even the winner exhausted claiming only a costly and ‘Pyrrhic Victory.’ This was the ancient Indian/Asian way of dealing with others.

Trade, Cultural Exchanges and Tourism and easy ‘Work Permits’, and even encouraging setting up business ventures in each other’s countries, with laws and regulations with respect to share-holding, local employment and Board representation etc; and also allowing for transit facilities with toll/transit fees as laid down with proper regulatory safeguards, would be the right way.

Such a ‘Manthan’ policy has been presented by us to China over 12 years ago and its strengths are seeming to be recognized by them over the years since, hopefully we should soon be seeing some settlement of the Border and other contentious issues on these lines.

Clear and equitable Trade Policies under proper international Trade Laws and proper inter-se valuation of currencies with ‘Block-chain’ protective measures, individually or between multiple countries as mutually agreed to and backed by the threat of sanctions /ostracism of defaulters will deter attempts to gain unfair advantages.

Annexure-2: Good borders make for Good neighbours

‘Good Borders like Good Fences’, make for ‘Good’ neighbours. Difference between Borders and Frontiers. Frontiers are broad zones transitioning from one country to another. They are not demarcated on the ground, only generally recognized. While Good borders are not indiscriminately and quickly drawn lines by retreating colonial powers with their own interests in mind, but lines which are clearly delineated and demarcated, and agreed to by treaty, between the two countries. Borders should be delineated and demarcated with two major considerations.

1). Geographically and clearly determinable- rivers, valleys beyond the ridge lines, not the ridge lines themselves, or other clearly denoted geographic lines. Such Borders must be Militarily maintainable.

2). Culturally cohesive, thus acceptable to the populations living there. Our North and East and Myanmar and China and Bangladesh Borders delineated by the Radcliffe and McMahan lines all demonstrate the effects of badly determined borders. So also, the Durand lines between Pakistan and Afghanistan. The unrest in these areas leading to continual conflicts, clearly evidence the deficiencies of such inconsiderately drawn borders and the need to settle then effectively at the earliest.

The recent claims of Bangladesh on our territory from the ‘Chicken Neck’ area and all of the North-East, by the then interim Prime Ministed Mr. Mohd Yunus, not only shows this, but clearly also shows the disdain for such Borders by those involved, thus opening the gates for our action in determining and declaring proper Borders to be determined as given above.

The claim of China for Arunachal Pradesh is also without any validity. If they really considered it as their territory, then why did they vacate it in 1962?
